Annual Business Meeting

November 23 at 6pm

Church members (16 years or older) can register to vote starting in early November. We have some important business to address at this meeting and You are encouraged to register and be present to vote on November 23.

Women’s Christmas Tea & Silent Auction

Saturday, December 6 from 1-3pm
All women and girls are invited, whether you bring an auction item or not. Some bring, some purchase—it takes all of us.
Guest speaker, Esther Cottrell, will speak to our theme, “The Cradle that Rocked the World.” Sign-up in the lobby on Sunday, November 16, 23, or 30. You will also have the opportunity to sign up to donate cookies or tea sandwiches for the tea. Seating may be limited so get your tickets early.

Emeritans’ Christmas Dinner

Thursday, December 11—Cost is $8 per person
Dinner will be served at 5:45p. Entertainment: Bethel Folk Ensemble begins at 7p in the Sanctuary.
Registration in lobby begins Sunday, November 23.

Newcomers’ Connection Class and Seminar Schedule

Seminar: Friday evening, January 9 at 6pm at the church OR
Class: Sunday mornings at 9:45am at the church, March 1, 8 and 15 (three-week class)

Whether you are new to the church or have been attending for some time, Newcomers’ Connection class will help you learn about the Church of God and Meadow Park. Pastor Vickie Doyle and Outreach Coordinator Kristina Ward will facilitate and focus on the development of each person’s faith journey, provide a means to grow in one’s faith, and explain our beliefs and history.

Todd Braschler, guest conference speaker and gifted musician, will lead this anointed weekend experience of teaching, learning and worship.
