Sandy Bailey—Co-Director of Meadow Park Children's Center

After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Child Development, Sandy moved to Columbus, Ohio. During her employment search for a quality childcare program, she found Meadow Park Children’s Center. That was in 1982. Sandy feels very fortunate to have served here for the past 26 years and is grateful to be a part of a program that provides a loving Christian environment for children and their families.

Larry Beair— Facility Director

Larry coordinates all aspects of the Facility and property at Meadow Park. All questions regarding facility use and our policies may be directed to Larry. Either he or his staff will be willing and able to assist you. Facility Staff overseen by Larry: Bob Calendine, Ron Kirkpatrick, Greg Shumaker and Dick Thatcher

Cindy Heath—Director of Administration

Cindy Heath fills this 30-hour part-time position as Director of Administration. Cindy's primary responsibilities include: overseeing financial operations, supervising support staff, and coordinating of facility scheduling. For the past four years, Cindy served as the Administrative Assistant for Learning and Serving ministry. With her long history in the business world, Cindy brings experience along with a giving spirit.

Meg Scaggs—Co-Director of Meadow Park Children's Center

Meg has always felt called to care for children and most of her life has been spent working directly with children. She feels strongly about the importance of quality care and early childhood education. Meg attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where she studied Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development. For the 20 years that Meg has lived in Ohio, she has been a part of this Meadow Park Ministry.

Dee Turner—Director of Children's Ministry

Meadow Park welcomes Dee Turner as Director of Children's Ministry. Dee has been involved in many aspects of Children’s Ministry over the years, including Sunday school, VBS, the MPCC board and as a teacher at the Children’s Center. Dee received her degree in education from Ashland University and her experience as director of the Grant Medical Center Childcare Program and Director of Childcare at Grandview Heights City Schools gives her much experience in administration and budget management as well as early childhood education.

Kristina Neff—Outreach and Welcome Ministry Director

Kristina joined the Meadow Park staff in 2007 after graduating from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. During Kristina's time at Mount Vernon, she felt God calling her to commit her life to service for others. Her studies in Business Management and Community Development opened her eyes to the needs of those around her. Kristina enjoys communicating with missionaries locally and abroad and with Meadow Park's Faith Promise partnering ministries. She feels blessed to work with such a warm, supportive staff and congregation and enjoys being able to connect the congregation to service opportunities.
