Meadow Park Children's Center

Meadow Park Children’s Center is an educational ministry of Meadow Park Church. The church shares Christ with the community through the programs of the Children’s Center, which are designed to provide high-quality childcare and early education experiences.

The mission of the Children’s Center is to nurture children’s minds, bodies, and spirits in a Christian community.

Curriculum

The curriculum at MPCC honors the development of the whole child. We understand that children learn through active involvement and play, and that children construct, demonstrate, and represent their knowledge in a variety of ways. We recognize that children learn about God in much the same way; therefore, we nurture their unique expression of God’s presence in their lives through play, art, story, music, and prayer.

Staff

The quality of any program depends on the staff. Careful screening and evaluation of professional credentials have gone into the selection of skillful teachers. Most classes have co-teachers who have degrees in child development, early childhood, elementary education, or a related field. Staff members are involved in a continuing program of in-service training.
