Meadow Park Church of God Prayer Partner Covenant

I, __________________, believe I have been called by God to be the Prayer Partner for this Meadow Park ministry or leader: ___________________.

I covenant with that individual or ministry, its leaders and its ministry team to pray regularly, intentionally, specifically and purposefully for this individual’s or ministry’s needs, its leaders and all those who serve in this ministry. As a called and anointed Meadow Park Prayer Partner I will perform intercession, petition, and when needed, spiritual warfare on behalf of this individual or my assigned ministry through the leading and empowering of the Holy Spirit according to the will of God the Father, and I will rejoice in the grace, mercy and victory of the Lord Jesus Christ as He answers the prayers of His people for the blessing of our service to His glory.

If I can no longer fulfill this responsibility I agree to promptly notify the Prayer Ministry Coordinator.
