Meadow Park Support Staff

To support the behind-the-scenes work of a church this size is a monumental task. Church Administration includes everything from providing the church office with the supplies, to the management of church policies and procedures. It is this ministry that keeps our church functioning in an orderly manner. The administrative staff makes every effort to ensure that we remain trusted stewards of the church resources, while maintaining professionalism.

Leslie Boutell—Student Ministry, Children's Ministry

Leslie offers administrative support to Pastor Steve in the Student Ministries,and Judy Jones in Children Ministries. She also lends support to her co-workers in the main office by answering phones and performing other day-to-day operations of the church.

Jodi Daniel—Office Coordinator

Jodi is the voice you often hear when you call Meadow Park. Along with answering the phone, Jodi oversees the church office as the Office Coordinator. She produces our Weekly Bulletin, the Church Calendars, and coordinates our Facility Scheduling, all while offering support to the Pastoral Staff.

Beth Hanson

Beth serves as the Worship and Arts Secretary. She produces the Sunday morning Worship insert, our Power Point announcements as well as the Power Point song presentations. Beth also serves as Administrative Assistant to our Senior Pastor and our Worship and Arts Pastor.

Cindy Heath—Admin Assistant to Learning and Serving

Cindy assists PastorVickie Doyle in the day to day operations and effective overseeing of the Learning and Serving ministries for which Pastor Vickie is responsible. Cindy also lends support to Pastor Vickie when Vickie wears her other" hat" as Church Administrator.

Sue Hutkai—Finances

As the financial secretary, Sue oversees every aspect of the overall church and ministry financials. As the church continues to grow, so does this monumentous task of overseeing the church bookkeeping. Sue also tracks Contribution, Payroll, and Giving Records. If you have a Meadow Park financial question, Sue is the one to call.

Sandy Piszczor—Communication Coordinator

Sandy takes care of our graphic needs on a larger scale. She produces the Newletter, Ministry and Special Event Brochures, Sanctuary Banners and offers support in the promotions of special events. Sandy is also our resident IT person and manages the Meadow Park website, Computer Hardware/Software Support/Upgrades, and manages our Network infrastructure..

Matt Westman—AV Tech Coordinator

Matt coordinates all aspects of the AV Tech Ministry at Meadow Park. Do you need sound or video at your next ministry function? Call Matt, he is more than happy to help you figure out what you need and then get it all in place.

Facility Staff
Dale VanHoose—Facility Coordinator

Dale oversees the general facility operations of Meadow Park. In conjunction with the Board of Property Management, the facility staff support and enable the ministries of Meadow Park to carry out their objectives by providing and maintaining the facility, equipment, and grounds. From repair to cleaning to meeting set-up, this crew gets it done. Dale oversees the work of:

Bob Calendine, Bill & Sharon Gannaway, George Longworth and Marv Wright—Custodians and Security
