Meadow Park Support Staff

To support the behind-the-scenes work of a church this size is a monumental task. Church Administration includes everything from providing the church office with the supplies, to the management of church policies and procedures. It is this ministry that keeps our church functioning in an orderly manner. The administrative staff makes every effort to ensure that we remain trusted stewards of the church resources, while maintaining professionalism.

Beth Hanson—Worship & Arts

Beth serves as the Worship and Arts Secretary. She produces the Sunday morning Worship insert, our Power Point announcements as well as the Power Point song presentations. Beth also serves as Administrative Assistant to our Senior Pastor and our Worship and Arts Pastor.

Sue Hutkai—Finances

As the financial secretary, Sue oversees every aspect of the overall church and ministry financials. As the church continues to grow, so does this monumentous task of overseeing the church bookkeeping. Sue also tracks Contribution, Payroll, and Giving Records. If you have a Meadow Park financial question, Sue is the one to call.

Sandy Piszczor—Communication Coordinator

Sandy takes care of our graphic needs on a larger scale. She produces the Newletter, Ministry and Special Event Brochures, Sanctuary Banners and offers support in the promotions of special events. Sandy is also our resident IT person and manages the Meadow Park website, Computer Hardware/Software Support/Upgrades, and manages our Network infrastructure.

Renee Sleeper—Youth Ministry

Renee is very creative and organized member of the team whose responsibilities include, overseeing weekly and monthly communication pieces, both physical and online. She also oversees the many logistical pieces associated with weekly activities, monthly events, bi-annual retreats and summer camps and trips. Most important, Renee has a huge heart for student ministry and making sure that students are valued and not overlooked.

Matt Westman—AV Tech Coordinator/Maintenance

Matt coordinates all aspects of the AV Tech Ministry at Meadow Park. Do you need sound or video at your next ministry function? Call Matt, he is more than happy to help you figure out what you need and then get it all in place.

Larry Beair—Interim Facility Director

Larry coordinates all aspects of the Facility and property at Meadow Park. All questions regarding facility use and our policies may be directed to Larry. Either he or his staff will be willing and able to assist you.
