Mission

The primary mission of the Board of Staff Relations is to strengthen the relationship between the professional staff and the church membership so that the congregation of Meadow Park Church of God may:

Know Christ
Grow in Christ
Care as Christ
Share Christ Unconditionally

Responsibilities

The board shall act as a forum for receiving and evaluating reactions to the professional staff’s skills and leadership, and the professional staff’s reactions to membership support of and responsiveness to their skills and leadership. The board will meet on a monthly basis. Additional meetings may be added at the discretion of the board.

This board will be composed of seven regular voting members, each serving a three-year term. Chair: Robert Fulton, Vice Chair: Bob Wayne, Council Representative: Dave Westman, Secretary: Cindi Reece, Financial Secretary: Jim Jenkins,Other Members: Bob Horn, Christie Rhoads, and Werner Margard
